The Carolina Chamber Music Festival brings world-class musicians to Eastern North Carolina for entertaining, educational and interactive concerts. Celebrating chamber music for everyone, the musicians play at various locations over two weeks, one in September and one in February. The festival includes special meet-the-artists receptions, as well as a free family concert providing discovery and adventure for all ages. Supported by North Carolina Arts Council with funding from the state of North Carolina and the National Endowment for the Arts, and with Public Radio East as Media Sponsor, the Festival brings vocalists and instrumentalists, including piano and harp soloists, to New Bern and sponsors Composers in Residence. The Carolina Chamber Music Festival hosts the individual performers and the group in collaborative chamber music concerts. Concert tickets are available in person at the Bank of the Arts at 317 Middle Street, New Bern and Fuller's Music at 2310 Trent Road, New Bern, or online at www.carolinachambermusic.org.
