Fairfield Harbour Chorus began with 24 enthusiastic members in 1984. Now with 65 voices, the group performs about 15 concerts each year, offering show tunes, gospel, Broadway hits, holiday arrangements, pop and contemporary songs. The chorus has performed in numerous area churches, rest homes and retirement homes and has combined with other choruses at Cherry Point and Craven Community College. Members must be residents of Fairfield Harbour. Rehearsals are conducted Monday evenings at 7 PM at the Fairfield Community Center from the first Monday after Labor Day until mid-May.
