Country Biscuit Restaurant opens at 5 AM, Monday through Saturday and 6AM on Sunday, serving steak, ham, tenderloin, sausage, bacon and cheese biscuits or breakfast plates to include eggs and grits or hash browns. The lunch menu offers sandwiches such as cheeseburgers, and plates including a side of vegetables. Country Biscuit closes at 2:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday, and at 2 PM on Sundays, but stays open through 9pm from Wednesday to Friday to serve its dinner customers. For those in a hurry, Country Biscuit serves through a drive-through window, too. The family also prepares biscuit trays for business or parties with 24-hour notice by telephone.
