The theme of the menu at Persimmons Waterfront Restaurant at Skipjack Landing is "Southern Bounty," and that means lots of local produce, aged beef, and fresh seafood. Persimmons is open for lunch Tuesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 5 PM to 9 PM and Sunday from 5 PM to 8 PM.
