Teens who don't want to wait for their high school driver's education class can sign up for classes at The Driving School, located in Town Park Plaza on Neuse Boulevard. The driver's education class incorporates 30 classroom hours with six hours of driving time, where students learn defensive driving techniques, safe passing skills and how to avoid traffic hazards. The Driving School also offers adult refresher courses and driver improvement classes.
