North Carolina Cooperative Extention provides a variety of services to the community through collaboration with such groups as The River Club, Master Gardiners and Coastal Women's Shelter. With the mission of strengthening families through leadership development, volunteer work, educational opportunities and sharing research-based educational information generated from NC State and NC A&T universities, volunteer opportunities are as wide as volunteer imaginations. Membership is open to anyone living in Craven County. Residents of the county are invited to join an existing club or organize their own community clubs.
